The cartoon book has 160 cartoons - about half from Yesteryears and half from the Herald's editorial page, appeared prior to late 2003. There are even a few unpublished cartoons.

Each cartoon has a short commentary describing how I got the idea for the cartoon.

Cartoons appeared in the Grand Forks Herald, Yesteryears, Agweek, the Dakota Student, the UND Alumni Review, Valley Buzz, and the Ness papers (weeklies up and down the valley out of Fordville). Each cartoon is accompanied with commentary describing how the cartoon idea was generated.
